Method 5 Sampling System (Particulate)
Our complete particulate sampling train includes an isokinetic control console, vacuum pump, umbilical, insulated impinger box, heated filter box, heated stainless steel probe, stainless steel nozzle set and glassware set (2.5 trains worth, 3-inch or 4-inch filter holders). Various probe lengths, liner materials, umbilical lengths, nozzle materials and heated filter box arrangements are available.

Our complete in-stack filter particulate sampling train includes an isokinetic control console, vacuum pump, umbilical, insulated impinger box, filter box bypass bracket, heated stainless steel probe, in-stack thimble filter holder, stainless steel nozzle set and glassware set (2.5 trains worth). Various probe lengths, liner materials, umbilical lengths, nozzle materials and heated filter box arrangements are available.

Technician’s Notes
Glassware is soap and water cleaned only (no reagent rinses). Monorails are additional to the basic system. Consumables such as silica gel, glass fiber filters, probe/nozzle brushes, reagent squeeze bottles and sample recovery containers are not provided with the system. These items may be purchased separately from Cherokee Instruments.
